All Wrapped Up | Holiday Gift Guide for the Photo Enthusiasts

It’s that time of year again…let the holiday gift buying begin. I thought I would take the time to put together a little gift guide for the photo enthusiast in your life.

a. I cannot believe that these Camera Lens Mugs are real. I so want one! Both “Nikon” and “Canon” mug models are equipped with an easy to clean stainless steel lining. They come with a lens cap lid and to top it off the “Nikon” mug even zooms when you twist it’s grip.

b. The Eye-One Display 2 is a powerful, sophisticated monitor profiling solution providing consistent, predictable color on all types of monitors. I love mine to bits and my photography certainly couldn’t live without it…consistent color and confidence in knowing your images will print just as you see them on screen.

c. A must read for any photog on your list is Understanding Exposure by Bryan Peterson.

d. Want to have a little fun with your DSLR and your Christmas lights this season. Grab the Bokeh Kit and start creating magic.

e. With the wide spread use of camera phones these days I’m sure many people on your list could have a little fun with the Fisheye, Macro, and Wide Angle Camera Phone Lenses. These are like pro lenses for your camera-phone, giving you crisp and clear shots every time. Best of all the work with any camera phone…what a great idea!

f. Too cute! Magnetic Polaroid Frames turn any photo into a retro magnetic snapshot with a bit of scissor snipping and they even come with a dry-erase pen so you can write notes and captions on your photos!

g. I have been coveting the Fuji Instax little camera for awhile. It creates credit card size photos in minutes. It even has exposure settings, a landscape mode and a detachable closeup lens.

h. Ginger oh how beautiful she is…but really all the Epiphanie camera bags are great. There is sure to be one here for almost everyone.

Finally, (shameless plug warning!) there is always the gift of custom photography. Do you know someone who is having a baby in the new year? So busy they don’t even have time to think about family portraits while their kiddos are still toddlers? I have some beautiful gift cards that look amazing wrapped up with a bow. Buy a gift certificate and give your loved ones a gift they will literally treasure forever.
