Documenting Baby’s First Year | Vancouver Family Photography

I love that little Maelle’s Mama had a vision when she came to me looking to document her little one’s first year. It started with the family’s maternity session at a park close to their home. Shortly afterwards Maelle was born and I had the pleasure of photographing their first moments as a family of four during her newborn session. We then contiued documenting all the changes that happen in that first year: a session at six months and another shortly before her first birthday. The images we created together were then turned into two heirloom Linen Keepsake Albums full of beautiful photographic spreads of their favourite images from each session.
I LOVE seeing both albums together and to see these beautiful sisters looking through them and talking about just how much they have both grown and changed. I can see these girls showing their own children the albums someday down the road…
